Shipping policy
At checkout, the customer can choose one of two delivery methods for their order: collection from our premises - located at Rua da Cerâmica nº24 Ribafria 2475-040 Benedita, or delivery to their home address.
If you choose to collect your order from our premises, there are no associated costs.
The customer must wait for an e-mail confirming that the order is ready for collection. This e-mail must be presented for the order to be delivered. The customer must confirm the times for collecting the order before going to our premises.
If you choose to have your order delivered to your home address, please note that Gouchas Handmade entrusts the delivery of your orders to an external transport service and that it is not possible to schedule deliveries. It will be necessary to ensure that someone is at the address you have indicated to receive your item(s).
We ship the product(s) ordered from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with the exception of public holidays, and on the days and times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address indicated by the customer.
The delivery time will vary according to the country of destination.
Please note that the times mentioned in this policy refer to the shipping time after the order has been processed and delivered to the carrier. The time taken to process the order may vary depending on the availability of the products and the volume of orders.

Home Delivery (MRW) - Delivery in 3 to 5 working days: 3.25€
URGENT Home Delivery (CTT) - Delivery in 24h/48h (working): 11.95€
URGENT home delivery (MRW) - Delivery in 24h/48h (working): 8.25€
Orders from €89.90 with a destination address in mainland Portugal and the islands receive free shipping.

MRW Shipping - Delivery in 48 Hours: €3.50
3. Shipping to the rest of Europe:
Delivery in 15 days: €8.50
4. Shipping to the rest of the world:
Shipping in 15-21 days: 20€
For items in stock, the average preparation and dispatch time is 24 working hours. For items available through production, the average production and dispatch time is between 48 hours and 5 working days. This information is provided on each product page. Before ordering, the customer should confirm these deadlines.
Gouchas Handmade will inform the customer of the unavailability of the product(s) ordered, as well as refund the amount paid, within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days of becoming aware of the unavailability.
Delivery is deemed to have taken place with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and for each order this amount is calculated automatically during the check-out process, depending on the weight of the order and the country of destination, according to the table in force.
In the case of shipments outside the European Union, Gouchas Handmade is not responsible for any delays or customs costs, which will be borne by the customer.
