Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy – Goucha's Handmade

Goucha's Handmade, a brand of Fancy Evolution Unipessoal, Lda, cares about our customers' satisfaction and complies with Portuguese legislation on refunds and returns. Below you will find detailed information about our refund policy in accordance with Portuguese regulations.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order as long as it has not yet been processed, directly through their customer account. Once the order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible, and the customer may request an exchange or return under the terms set out below.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Under Portuguese law, consumers have the right to freely withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without needing to provide any reason. To exercise this right, the customer must communicate their decision to withdraw from the contract exclusively through their customer account.

3. Return Conditions

Products to be returned must meet the following conditions:

• Be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, damage, or alteration.
• Be in their original packaging, with all labels and accessories included.
• The return must be made within 14 days of the date the contract withdrawal was communicated.
  

4. Refund

Once we have received and inspected the return, Goucha's Handmade will refund the amount paid for the products, including the original shipping costs, using the same payment method used by the customer. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date the returned products are received.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective products or incorrect shipments.

5. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

Under Portuguese law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery.

6. Defective Products or Incorrect Shipments

If you receive a defective product or one different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible through your customer account. Goucha's Handmade will replace the product or refund the amount paid, including the original and return shipping costs, after verifying the defective or incorrect product.

Goucha's Handmade reserves the right to change this Refund Policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page and, if necessary, you will be notified by email or through a notice on our online store.
